Dynamic Fitness: This option is for you if you train in a commercial gym (home gym substitutions are included) and want a Bodybuilding style workout plan to improve your physique! The methodology is based on hypertrophy and progressive overload style training to build new muscle mass and lose body fat. You will be working on exhausting specific body parts each day, and trying to build on your lifting numbers each week for the prescribed exercises. The workouts are updated monthly and released on the first Sunday of every month.

As a powerlifter, I have built a lot of strength to advance my lifts over the years, but struggled to build visual physique. I started adding the fitness program to my powerlifting movements to see if I could get more muscle definition and size. This program has DELIVERED on chiseling my figure (as long as I’m watching my intake lol). The biggest win for me is that the program is manageable – not too time-consuming, and even if there is no commercial gym available, I can still get a solid workout in with dumbbells and bands. I’d recommend 1000% if you’re looking to show off your gains!

Couldn’t recommend the fitness programming more! I had knee surgery in August and needed some bodybuilding type training to keep me moving and focused. At first I thought it was a workouts manly for women as the leg and glute days are the longest and hardest trainings, but is just because they are bigger muscle groups.
I have being doing this training since April I started doing 3 trainings a week now I’m doing the 5 workouts.
