This program is exactly what i needed. I’ve been doing competition style weightlifting programming for 5 years and was looking for something more balanced and that i could always get done in under 2 hours. Something that was easier to recover from, and less pressure. With this it’s possible to progress in the lifts, as well as get in a variety of accessories, met cons, cardio all in well under 2 hours. I think this program is an excellent alternative for anyone wanting to do weightlifting but doesn’t want to commit to 2+ hour sessions and planning your life around recovery for the next session.
