RETURN POLICY
Retail Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dynamic Pursuit purchase! We will accept Domestic returns within 2 weeks of receipt of the item. Refund back to the original payment method will be given. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received (item can not have been worn or washed). Sender is responsible for return shipping. For returns on domestic US orders, please send an email to kristin@dynamicpursuit.net to receive detailed return instructions.
For Exchanges, email kristin@dynamicpursuit.net to receive detailed return instructions and check if the item you are looking to get is still in stock. You will be responsible for the return shipping, but we will send out the new items with free shipping costs.
Discounted/sale items, ebooks, and video review coaching are all final sale and not eligible for a return.
We do not accept any returns on international, non-US orders. Unfortunately, shipping is cost-prohibitive to do returns or exchanges on international orders.
Subscription Return Policy:
To cancel a training program subscription, you can cancel your subscription via the dashboard at any time after the first month, or request to cancel in writing to kristin@dynamicpursuit.net within 2 weeks notice before the next charge. You can cancel your subscription on the user account dashboard under payment.
To cancel a nutrition program subscription, you can cancel your subscription via the client portal at any time after the required first (2) months. You can cancel your subscription on the user account in the client portal, or request to cancel in writing to kristin@dynamicpursuit.net.
