We included 2 sources of highly soluble carbohydrates (20g total) that will quickly absorb into your bloodstream and push to your muscles where they are needed for fuel. Carbohydrates are ideal for providing sustained energy and adding stamina to support you through long, high-volume training sessions.
Aminos
BCAAs: (leucine, valine and isoleucine), EAAs:(l-phenylalanine, l-lysine, l-histidine HCL, l-tryptophan, l-theanine, l-methianine). This full-spectrum amino acid profile has been formulated with optimal ratios to provide stamina and increase power output by delaying fatigue during exercise. In addition, these amino acids stimulate muscle regeneration through decreased post-exercise muscle protein breakdown. There are 20g of total carbohydrates in the intraworkout. The combination is from 15g of Cluster Dextrin, and 5g of Maltodextrin.
